Welcome to my site where I can share with you my experience in the financial world. In both traditional and Fintech industry. My area of expertise is mostly based on, but not limited to, banking operations, compliance, AML, and fintech with a strong focus on the product.
At work, I'm a quick learner which helps me to deal with ambiguity in the fast-changing world. Within the team, I see easily people's dynamics and their strengths. This helps me to cooperate better with others.

As a facilitator my role involves organizing, conducting workshops and being an ambassador for #IamRemarkable within my personal and professional networks. IamRemarkable is an initiative empowering women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishment in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings.
From Excel to Cloud
As a Senior Client Service Representative (Brown Brothers Harriman) I was working on creating requirements, testing the application, and participate in design sprints. My input led to moving excel sheets based checklist to an automated cloud solution. The application was used internally.
Banking System Infrastructure
In my role as Operations Specialist II (Brown Brothers Harriman), I was involved in creating new system architecture, API, for our client. I was working on gathering system requirements, testing the app, I participated in deployments of the functionalities, writing procedures, as well as training teams in operation on app functionalities.
Regulatory Affairs Project Management

Working at HSBC as Compliance Analyst, I was helping my manager to overlook multiple regulatory jurisdictions. I was in charge of leading kick-off calls in the deployed regulatory jurisdictions. I was keeping track of reporting, KPIs, presentations for business partners, and training new joiners and overlooking daily workflow.
Successful Process Transition

I was responsible for coordinating a transition of debt capital markets transaction analysis from Luxembourg to Cracow. I created procedures for the team, conducted training, and info sessions. Then I was supporting my team in their learning process. I was a reviewer of the analysis they have created and I was giving them feedback.
